Within Australia
Standard Delivery - Delivery times reflect the distance the parcel travels and the remoteness of the location. Capital cities and remote locations should allow up to 5 - 10 working days for delivery.
Factory Direct - Orders are received and despatched from Albany, Western Australia
International
International orders vary tremendously in delivery time but can be expected between 1-4 weeks of dispatch. If you require a more accurate estimate please contact our Customer Service Centre by fax (+61 8 9841 7100) or email (direct@mtromance.com.au).
Customs - When placing an international order for delivery to your home country, you must observe and apply its importation laws and tax requirements. Mount Romance cannot be held accountable for parcels stopped by Customs. Please check with your local authorities for any special requirements.
2. Shipping Options
Within Australia
Within Australia, all orders are sent using the registered Australia Post parcel delivery service. You will be required to sign for or be present to receive your delivery. No orders will be left at the delivery address.
International
Parcels travelling internationally can be sent 1st Class, pending your request, and will arrive between 10 and 14 working days after the order was placed.
All international orders are insured for an additional charge to your nominated freight choice.

4. Checking an Order
If you have any questions about an order that you have placed, contact our Customer Service Centre by email or fax for further information.
5. Order Replacement Policy
If an order is not received within 21 days please advise our Customer Service Department immediately to enable us to track you parcel. If your parcel is not located we will replace your purchase free of charge and send it to you immediately. Simply contact our Customer Service Department by email or fax for further information.
